Cisco CM 7.1.5, ARS configuration

Hi,

I am currently having the CM 7.1.5. My client is dealing with some 3rd party company which providing some cost saving calls. So the cost saving company is asking whether Cisco CM can have the ARS configuration? meaning:

If user dial 9 + destination number, let's say 9 + 12345678, then CM should forward the destination number (12345678) to 1800991234 which is the cost saving company toll free number, once the cost saving company receive the destination number, then call initial from them. For client, they dont need to pay any single cent to local phone provider but just to pay a cheaper rate to the cost saving company.

I dont think CM have the feature like this. Anyone have any idea?

i do have an idea which is:

user dial 9 + 31318989, then CM will forward the call to 18001818 whenever it see the "9" which mean it will forward to 18001818 + 31318989

but is there any pause point available after the 18001818 so that call reach to 18001818, then only send 31318989 to 18001818 system.
