Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance VCS subscription failure

hi guys,

I see the alarm about the VCS Subscription via feedback has failed. I tried to find the url on emsam.properties but I can't find that. Could you tell me waht url is have to be added on VCs to complete the sbscription of VCS on Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance?

After open a TAC request, it seems to be a issue with the discover proces.  Some credentials was wrong
