Cisco Prime Collaboration PCA 10.6 - Alarm Details

Dear community,

We are using Cisco Prime Collaboration PCA 10.6 Very Large. The problem is that the alarms are not displayed correctly under Alarm Details.
Here's an example:

Alarm ID                 2382787123
Alarm Name           undefined
Last Updated At     undefined
Component Name  undefined
Description             undefined

What could be the cause of the problem?

Any hint is greatly appreciated.
Best regards
Oswald

Oswald, is this occurring with all alarms that the system is creating or only a few? Are all your devices in the Device Work Center in a Managed state?

Finally, are you seeing any events in the Events tab? Alarms are created based on Events that are collected by the system.

Eric, thank you for your fast Answer.

is this occurring with all alarms that the system is creating or only a few? --- Yes, the problem is in all alarms.

Are all your devices in the Device Work Center in a Managed state? --- Yes, just by the affected Devices.

Finally, are you seeing any events in the Events tab? Alarms are created based on Events that are collected by the system. --- Yes.

Oswald,

Can you add the additional columns in your Alarms tab to provide us some extra info about these alarms? It's unusual to see a myriad of undefined alarms, so any extra info about their source will be useful in tracking down the root cause.

You can click the gear icon on the upper right hand corner > columns > add all the columns.

Is there any information for the Device Name or Device Type? Does the IP address look familiar to you?
