Hello guys,
I have a customer with UCCX 7.0 .
When users excute CSD the application cannot start and close automatically from any pc.
Im new in UCCX world , any ideas about this issue?
I attach the screenshoot of error.

Do the agents launch ok? Could it be possible that your PC's do not have access to the UCCX subnet?

They have access to UCCX subnet.

Were the supervisor desktops installed after an agent desktop was installed? To succesfully install a supervisor agent you have to first uninstall any desktop agent that may already be installed on the workstation.
