Hi Anand,

The reason of this error could be 2 bugs associated with this problem. Please refer the link below for the details

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a0080a4c26d.shtml

Hope this helps.

HI Shalu,

Thank you very much for your reply.

User is able to print normaly. But when user starts CCX Historical Reporting tool and pull out the report and save it on computer. Logs out from CCX HR. Then try to print and print job fail. User has to restart Print Spooler in services. Then it works normal again.

Hi Anand,

Did you try the other option also

Solution 1

1. Add a network printer to another host in the same network.

2. Share this printer so it becomes accessible to other machines on the network.
3. Retry printing.
Note: This newly added printer will not be managed by the print server.

Solution 2

Do one of the following solutions:

Temporarily disable Protected Mode in Internet Explorer 7.
  1. In Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Choose the Security tab.
  3. Deselect the checkbox labeled Enable Protected Mode.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Close Internet Explorer.
  6. Re-open Internet Explorer.
  7. Browse to the PDF file that you want to print.
  8. Choose File > Print.

Warning: Protected Mode can protect your computer from malicious software. You should enable Protected Mode again after you have printed the PDF.

Solution 3: Use a different web browser.

Use a different web browser, such as Firefox or Opera, to print the PDF file.

Hi There,

I know this hasn't been updated in over a year, but was it ever resolved.

I am having the same problem now, any user opens uccx historical reporting, pulls a report and the printer goes offline.

It is a network printer shared off the print server.

Solution one is not applicable, step two and three have been tried.
