Hey all, we are using Cisco Unified Communications Express (CCM) for our phonse/voip and we need to add a 'help desk' line appearance on everyones phones.
I dont see any way to do this all at once from any option...seems like I have to go into each users extension and add the line appearance? This could take forever....is there another way from the Express or gateway or anything?

I am not knowledgeable in the Unified Communication, but in order to get an answer maybe the question could be a bit clarified. Do you mean to really add a line (to have everyone's phone ringing) or to add a speed dial so that people can contact the help desk with a shortcut?

My apologies, I mean I wanted to add a quick-dial to everyones phones so that they can contact the help desk with a shortcut (as you mentioned)
