Hi,

You need to open TCP Ports 143, 993, 7993, 8143, 8993 (IMAP and IMAP over SSL), Unity Connection makes IMAP connections to Microsoft Exchange servers to perform text-to-speech conversions of email messages in a Unity Connection user’s Exchange mailbox.
