Cisco Unity connection crash v12 each time

Hi,

Whenever I install a CUC on BE6K and BE7K it crashed every time. Can someone help me.

Use the OVA from cisco.com to deploy the VM, because that's the wrong OS for CUC 12

I have deployed Unity from the OVA file received with BE6K and BE7K.

I got one more issue VMware tools are not installed. it happened after reloading the server. For reference screenshot is attached.

I clicked on action then Guest OS then Install VM tools. But it is not working.

I have Voice license only. I don't have smartnet. I cannot download the OVA files from Cisco web site.
