We are about to provide a few users with access to the web inbox feature and there is an annoying error we cannot get rid of that we know will cause users to complain. When hitting play on a voicemail, regardless if using phone or computer option, we get this error: Invalid phone number. Valid characters are: digits (0-9), +, *, #, t, T, and comma.
The extension is there so I'm not sure why this error pops up. This happens in IE8 and IE9 but not in Firefox.
Any ideas?
