Please can somebody help me ? , Cisco Unity V4.0 is restarting constantly , it is give me the next errors :
1 ) Serious errors in all ports
2 ) Desconection for the CUCM few minutos before restarting

Hugo,
Have there been any changes in the CUCM environment such as a recent version upgrade? If so, you are likely experiencing an issue with TSP mistmatch. If not, you may find that a reboot of Unity is in order ... if you've not done so already. Also, could you post an output of some of the sample error messages you get in the logs so that we can reference the details of the messages vs. just a generic description? This would help the community members to better assess the root of the problem and possible solutions.

Thank a lot for the upgrade ! . We have not make changes in CUCM V4.0 and Cisco Unity V4.0 , I will update you with the errors of the Cisco Unity as soon as possible ( I will go to the office the next monday at 09.00 AM ) .
