Cisco XCP File Transfer Manager - Not Running

Hi all,

i'm running Cisco IM&P 11.5.1.11900-21 on virtualized environment, even if Cisco XCP File Transfer Manager has been activated, it's not Running.

I need the service running for File Transfer with MRA. Also via CLI no way to get it run. Enyone has the solution?

The service will not start if the configuration for MFT is not in place, or if there are errors in it.
