CM 7.1 will not boot to CD drive

I am trying to fix a disk integrity issue with the file structure. We had to reboot our Subscriber, but it won't fully boot up.

I was advised to burn a recovery CD 7.1.5.30000-1 recovery.iso   and I did with OSX Yosemite. However it does not boot to CD. I've tried this twice.

I get stuck at Manually run FSCK and enter root after it runs through all of it's processes. Any help would be advised. I have opened a TAC case and am waiting to here from them.

Have you made sure the boot order has CD in first place??

I have and I have interrupted boot to boot to CD. I also checked in the Bios to check the boot order.
