CME + BE6000H migration to BE6S

Any idea on how start migrating a CME 2921 router and BE6000M to BE6S? 

Appreciate your help and if you can share some link as reference. Thank you.

There are no tools to migrate from CME to any CUCM, best you can get is the phone info from the sh run to use it with BAT.

As the specs from the OVA for the 6K and the 6Ks are the same in terms of HDD, you should be able to DRS.

If you're asking about how to migrate licensing, get in touch with sales, or your SE/AM.

The 2921 router with FXO ports was used only for analog telephony system but we have CUCM 10.x in the BE6K-M. Should we update the old CUCM 10.x to 11.5 first then migrate it to the new BE6K-S?

That's up to you, DRS only works in the exact same release, otherwise, it will be BAT to migrate info across versions, and you'd need to massage the data as necessary to be able to import it.
