If it's actually an URGENT request for support, you should be reaching the partner, TAC, your AM, etc. Not posting in a free support forum with no guarantee you'll even get a reply. This is like posting a medical emergency on facebook asking for help, instead of going to the doctor...
You need the right set of licenses to get this to work, they're both showing as VCS-C... because you haven't installed the licenses to turn them into an exp-c and an exp-e!! so, right now, they're pretty much useless for MRA.
I'd strongly suggest you reach either the partner who is doing this, or your SE/AM to get someone knowledgeable to assist you.
