Compatibility Cisco BE 6000 M and Cisco 2901 Voice Gateway

Hi, team.

I have a question.

I have Cisco BE 6000 M with CUCM 12.5, but I have Cisco ISR 2901 as Voice Gateway.

Do they need compatibility between them to work or just they work normally with SIP Trunk?

Be aware that products that are EOS/EOL are not tested with new releases, so the best you can do is to find the latest recommended IOS for your platform or do a bug scrub of the available versions and choose based on the results.
