Configure another Unity"Not a Failover"

We want to create another Unity Server on the same environment "not a failover system" because we have 4000 to 5000 employees but the current Unity has only 3000 subscriber licenses, is it possible? please advise.

As of now we have Unity 4.0(3) with 3000 subscriber licenses and 72 ports, do we need to buy another license for that server or can we divide the ports?please advise

You'll need a license to fire up a 2nd server, of course. I'll defer to your account team for any discussion on licensing issues, however. I'm sure they can split an existing licese up for you somehow or another, but that's not something I can answer for you out here since it's not really a technical issue...
