I've an issue on Unity Connection 11.5.
When I provision services for an user in Prime 11.5, he appears on the CUCM as LDAP Sync User which is good.
But he appears as "This user is integrated with a Cisco Unified Communications Manager end user. Some fields may be disabled" on Unity Connection.
The issue reveal when he launch its Jabber : the Voicemail credentials doesn't work, as Unity have default web password for all "CUCM integrated" users. If this is a LDAP Sync account, the Web password is the LDAP password so it works.
There is a way to convert these accounts by exporting a CSV and do a bulk, but it is not a solution when we need to create users each day.
So is it possible to convert local accounts automatically when Unity detects same samAccountName when it performs LDAP Sync, as CUCM do?
