As it is an hospital, there is no non-business hours or planned maintenance.
I decide to migrate with following action plan :
- Reload chassis #1 in VSS Mode (no service disrupting as chassis #2 continue to work)

Ok I guess Cisco will not ask for 4000GB memory in its VM. Uh, finally I'm not sure....
So I will keep backward compatibility with vm8 version, because I don't want change hardware for fun, Vxnet3 adapter is enough deep change for today.
