I am experiencing issues installing Call Manager 11.5 on a DELL Prologic 1950 Server running vSphere VMware 6.0. Server specifications are as follows:
CPU : 64 Bit , 2.0 GHz, 1333 MHz (Intel (R) CPU E5335@2.5Hz)
Memory: 24GB / Speed 667MHz
Disk: 1 TB
I am using the OVA (cucm_11.5_vmv8_v1.0.ova) and a bootable CUCM Software (UCSInstall_UCOS_UNRST_11.5.1.11900-26.sgn) which I have recently downloaded and I keep getting the message below:
Critical Error:
The installation has encountered a unrecoverable internal error. For further assistance report the following information to your support provider.
"/user/local/cm/script/cm-dbl-install install PostInstall 11.5.1.10000-6 11.5.1.10000-6/usr/local/cm/usr/local/cm//common/log/install/capture.txt" failed(1)
Can someone please help. I have tried all different VM configs (i.e. 1000,2500,7500 and 10000 user) to no avail. I have also tried downloading new software and reinstalled VMware 6.0.

It has worked before. It just that I had problems with the CUCM I initially installed and I had to delete it and reinstall a new one
