CRM Connector. Logout error

Hi

I have a problem with CRM Connector working with CUCCE and MS CRM 4.0.

I have an error on agent logout:

Exception: Server was unable to process request. ---> Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

Logs on connector (AgentManager module):

Ensure that you have Microsoft CRM running. You need to be logged in and connected before any of the integration macros can work.

Ensure that you have Cisco Unified CallConnector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM running. It should appear in the Tray on the right side of the Windows Task bar. CCC is not supported on Windows 2003.
