CSCCut08801 cisco bug

Hi Everybody!

I was wondering if anyone could guide me to fix the Cisco bug CSCCut0881,

We are trying to pull a report (using cisco unified CM CDR) to search the reason for a number of terminated calls but every time we run the report it bounces a message " HTTP Status 404 -/car/security.jsp ...the requested resource is not available.
