CUC 10.5.2 to 12.5 upgrade - 12_0_v1.2.k3.cop.sgn failing..

Hi,

Trying to upgrade the Unity Connection from 10.5.2 to 12.5. Before that, tried installing ciscocm.cuc_upgrade_12_0_v1.2.k3.cop.sgn,

Error:Copstart script of ciscocm.cuc_upgrade_12_0_v1.2.k3.cop failed

Please suggest.

My mistake.. didn't see the latest version  "ciscocm.cuc_upgrade_12_0_v1.3.cop.sgn".

V1.3 works fine.
