Dear all
i have cisco unity connection 7.0
my problem is when i want to create a new call handler , after i record the greeting, then i will try to listen to it so it seems that it has not saved anything and for I think for this reason when the calls want to come to callhandler the unity connection will tell them "sorry [name of call handler] is not available"
any idea please?

Do you have the Call Handler configured to first play the greeting or perform another action instead?

And exactly how are you recording the greetings?

You need to also make sure you record the correct greeting and enable it. You likely want the Standard greeting however if you enable an alternate greeting it will always take precedence. If it's blank, you may hear what you described based on circumstances.
