We recently migrated exchange from our domain to another. Since then voice message has not been delivered as an email.
I changed the relay host ip address from our old exchange server to ip of our smart host server. But voice message is not delivering as an email.
Any suggestions??

Hello,
What version of Unity/Unity Connection are you running? What version(s) of Exchange did to migrate to and from? Have you setup or modified any of the Unified Messaging Services?

We are running versionn 9 of unity. We migrated fromm 2010 exchange to 2013 exchange server. We used to host 2010 exchange inside our network but now its been migrated externally to others domain
The only setting i changed was inside CUC where the relay address was pointed to our old exchange. I changed it to the address of our smart host relay server.
We have a smart host relay server which is pointed to the external exchange server. So all the system generated email are delivered via this smart host relay server to new exchange.
