CUCILync - CTI control - invalid number dialed

Hi NetPro´s,

I have a issue with a CUCILync Integration with a CUCM Version 8.6(2) running. The CUCILync is the latest version and running in "Desk-Phone controlled Mode".

When now a user dials a number that is busy, he gets the error notification below:

On the phone the state is presented correctly (busy in display and busy tone).

This happens only in a "Desk-Phone controlled Mode", in the Softphone Mode I receive a correct window with a Busy.

Has anybody the same issue?? or is this a known bug??

this is a known BUG and resolved in CUCILYNC version 8.6.1.
