Running Cuci Lync 9.2
if calling extension from the phone, the display is correct. But the display on the computer screen is wrong.
Why would they be different? I check AD and contacts for a user with the wrong extension, and there is no matches.
What else would cause this? and how do i fix it?

Well I figured it out.
the Lync Cache was bad.
Kill Lync, cuci-lync, and outlook.
Delete the cache located at c:\users\userid\appdata\local\microsoft\office\15.0\lync\sip_userid@domain.com
open outlook, lync and cucilync
and all is good again.
Hope this helps someone else.
