CUCIMOC Functionality

Hello, I'm preparing for a Cucimoc install for a client and they have a few questions that I'm trying to get answered.

1) Does MOC show phone presence?  So if you are on the phone, it will say "on the phone".  Does that only work if the call is placed/answered with MOC or would just picking up the phone to place/answer a call give the same status?

2) If you have an IM conference session with 4 people, can you create a conference call from that IM session with the 4 participants.

1) If works whenever the phone is connected.  It doesn't matter if the where the call was placed/answered.

2) You have to drag and drop four people to the CUCIMOC phone icon to start conference call.
