Hi,
I have CUCIMOC integrated with MOC working almost 100%. I have 2 issues. I cant set my call forward all to voicemail via the MOC client and also when i recieve a call the client rings but when the pop up comes i press the voicemail option but it continues to ring. Voicemail is working fine by calling the HP or direct to the port and also if i set a divert no answer on device through UCM it diverts ok.
Any experienced these issues?

Check the CSS (Calling Search Space) on your incoming gateway. Make sure the CSS can reach the voicemail ports' partiton.

As i mentioned i can call the ports and the HP through the client so i know the voicemail and CSS
are fine. i can also configure no answer and busy diverts on the client through UCM and the client reac
ts in the correct way to this as it looks at the UCM rules first so its only the toast and call forward all vis the CUCI
client.

If you don't mind, could you check the CSS on incoming gateway? It'll just take a couple minutes.
The call flow is totoally different. When CFNA to VM, it's the phone's CSS in effect. When click the "send to voicemail" button on an application (CUCIMOC, CUPC, etc.), the CTI/JTAPI client is trying to do a redirect. It's the calling party's CSS (incoming gateway in your case) in effect.
This symptom has be explained in detail in http://www.lulu.com/content/5552336.
Thanks!
Michael
