cucimoc settings

Hi all,

the installation guide talks about registry settings to configure tftp, ccmcip and so on. What can be done if there is no "Client Service Framework" folder for me in the path they mention on CCO:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Client Services Framework\AdminData

By the way, within here I find the CSF Device name needs so be "CSFuser". Sounds logical as it is the same with UPCuser device. In http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucimoc/7_1/english/integrat/guide/config_servers.html#wp1054131 they say the device name doesn't matter. What is correct?

Thanks for your ideas and help, guys.

Best Regards,

Markus

You're supposed to create those registry keys. There's a BAT file you may use to do that. See SampleCSFClientDeviceSettings.bat in the installation package.

For CSF you may use any device name. Then you associate the CSF device to end user in CUCM. This association replaced the "old-shool" UPCuserid mapping.

You need to run the BAT file or update the administration template to populate those settings... It wont come up by itself... The files can be found over download center
