I found this bug CSCuj94329
It seems to describe behaviour similar to what im having on version 11.0, although the OPPOSITE. On 11.0 if I click the "line 1" on the left hand side while adding a UDP template for bulk admin, it takes me to a directory number configuration page.
If i click “Add New Line Appearance” from the “Related Links” Section in the top right of the screen in order to add the line template it works fine.
Has anyone else seen this or is it specific to my deployment? am thinking about getting the bug re-opened.
