CUCM 6.1.3.2000-1join conference no stream

We have CUCM 6.1.3.2000-1 and last week we need to shutdown all the servers on the cluster ( 1 PUB and 1 SUB). Now, users are complain that they cannot join participants on conferences when answers calls and pressing ANSWER, Select call 1, select call 2 and JOIN button. The conference is built, but have no audio. When press the confList button, show all the participants and the audio is null.

We open a TAC case and the engineer oriented us to update Callmanager from

CUCM 6.1.3.2000-1 to System version: 6.1.3.3190-1. The problem was Solved!

ATTENTION:

The firmware from 7970 are automatically upgrade to version SCCP70.8-4-3S and 7912 to CP7912080003SCCP070409A
