Long story short, customer has an old CUCM and doesn't use any kind of third party billing software to track calls. They wanted calls for a particular DN that was a month long. Since CUCM trunicates down to 100 records at a time I ran a SQL query but some of the information once imported into Excel doesn't make much sense. I got the DN, the date the call was made but what field indicates the time the call was connected? Here is a small example of what doesn't make sense to me:
amporigination | datetimest | ampconnect | datetimest | ampdisconnect |
============== | ========== | =========== | ========== | ============= |
56:26.0 | 3/2/2015 | 56:39.0 | 3/2/2015 | 56:41.0 |
16:31.0 | 3/2/2015 | 16:34.0 | 3/2/2015 | 18:47.0 |
With the above given, what is amporigination and ampconnect? The numbers there don't seem to correspond with the 12 or 24 hour clock. I need to find out what time the call was connected on the day shown.
