I am using CUCM 11.5 and CUC 11.5. When I call my voicemail pilot it states that the call can't be completed as dialed. I have been searching the forums and haven't found a solution to this issue yet.
I am new to Cisco collaboration and have experience setting up Avaya Telecom systems so that's how I got roped into doing this. With that said I may not know the deep intricacies of the Cisco world. Keep that in mind.
I have been following a YouTube setup guide by Kevin Wallace Training (Unity https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S39xNqYdEck and CM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLUqF-b9-Pw&t=2665s)
I have followed his guide almost step by step and have used Cisco's set up guide also.
Please ask me any questions that could help you solve my issues.

After rebuilding my SIP trunk using this youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uR9iaGqZFyQ) I was able to access Unity Connection. I did have to delete my route pattern and list before creating my route group again.

Some more information for you all! It seems like the forwarding to the Voicmail...pilot? or maybe the connection to Unity isn't properly forwarding.
