Hi All
Planning on Upgrading CUCM and our IM&P servers from 11.5.1 to 12.5 . any requirements ? Off course after checking the Hardware and virtual machine requirements, Can we simply upgrade from 11.5 to 12.5 ? or we have to do 12.0 first ? I see lots of documents online but its for upgrading from 11.5 to 12.1
