Can I do a migration install of the Call Manager cluster to version 11.0, connect it to the Unity 9.1, and then do the in place Unity Upgrade a few weeks later, or does it all have to be done at the same time - i.e. be on the same version to communicate correctly between the Call Manager and Unity Voice mail clusters? I do not seem to be able to find a definitive answer to this, and am trying to plan my upgrade from 9.1 to version 11.

CUC is a wildcard, you can find this easily in the main CUC documentation page, under compatibility

Took some scrolling but I did find the answer in Table 23. CUC Version 7.x and later is supported on CUCM versions 5.0 through 11. Thanks for the link Jamie.
