CUCM backup incomplete due to duplicating components

Backups report successful but stops at 87%.

The remaining components not backed up appear in the list twice on same server (Pub).

I've tried restarting DRF services - no joy.

When trying to estimate backup size on manual backup:

"Failed to estimate size: Unable to estimate backup size from history as no successful backup history exist for one or more of the selected features." Reluctant to upgrade for this reason.

I suspect this is TAC bound but any offers would be greatly appreciated

I would suggest to upgrade your system first to the latest version (SU8), before you engage TAC. My guess is, that he will tell you the same.
Furthermore, you will fix some critical security issues too, which were fixed in SU7a.
