Currently we have CUCM and Unity Connection 9.x on Virtual and covered with support contract SWSS.
How should we do the migration of CUCM and Unity Connection from 9.x to 12.x?
Should we go through the PUT?
As this goes now with Smart Licensing we don't know hot to proceed with this part.
For the technical part we are already aware of PCD and that part is clear for us.
