Hi All,
We are working with Cisco call manager on a LAB enviroment, we are testing call between 2 Cisco Jabbers registered in the CUCM server. All the calls are disconnected after of 18 seconds, the discconect Cause is: Call having the requested call identity has been cleared (86)
Calling Cisco Jabber ip address: 10.30.193.135
Called Cisco Jabber ip address: 10.30.195.144
Cisco Call Manager ip address: 10.30.135.118
I am sending atteched the Wireshark trace captured.
Could you help me with this issue?

Hi
Looks like you only took the captures from 10.30.193.135, not enough information.
Make another test call and provide calling \ called and attach call manager traces from all servers.

Thanks for your answer.
As it is a LAB eviroment we cannot downlodad traces from Cisco call Manager, it is a problem for us.
Do you know if there is some Enterprise parameter that could affect to this option or something in the configuration?
