Have you already reviewed the CUCM installation guide??
If you're asking about how to configure it, the answer will depend on exactly what you want to configure, and how you need it to work.
If you have never dealt with CUCM before, it would be in your best interest to either hire a consultant, or reach out to a partner to do this as this is not really something you can do without a good level of knowledge of the product and design in place.
