CUE integration with CME; can't synchronize mailboxes

Hello,

I've built a UC520 environment from scratch. Everything seems to be working, except for the part where Unity Express should get all users from CallManager Express. I have four test users (4 dn's and 4 phones) in the test environment, with an username and password setup on all phones. CUE sees these four users when I go to Administration -> Synchronize Information, however the checkbox in front of all users is greyed out.

Is there something I could have missed in my configuration? I can just call my voicemail number (299) or AA (298) and CUE picks up and as I said I can see the users but the checkboxes are greyed out. So the connection works, but just partly.

Hey,

I should have tried some more things, since I've found the solution myself: In CME, on the ephones, the usernames I filled in were the telephone numbers of these users instead of their names. For some reason, in CUE their username needs to be text only. So I've  changed the usernames in CME to 'TestTest' instead of '201' and it worked.
