I've built a UC520 environment from scratch. Everything seems to be working, except for the part where Unity Express should get all users from CallManager Express. I have four test users (4 dn's and 4 phones) in the test environment, with an username and password setup on all phones. CUE sees these four users when I go to Administration -> Synchronize Information, however the checkbox in front of all users is greyed out.
Is there something I could have missed in my configuration? I can just call my voicemail number (299) or AA (298) and CUE picks up and as I said I can see the users but the checkboxes are greyed out. So the connection works, but just partly.
