CUE Sample Script Issues

Hi Pro,

I am using the aa_sample1 script comes with CUE-Editor 8.5.1 on ISM-CUE 8.5.1. When an extension is busy or out of service, it does not go to the operator.

The script is attached. Please can someone see the scripting errors?

Hi,

The problem is resolved. I missed the command "transfer-mode semi-attended” in the following submode on CUE. 

ccn subsystem sip

gateway address "172.30.0.65"

dtmf-relay sip-notify

transfer-mode semi-attended

end subsystem
