Running CUEAC 8.6 and upgrading to 10.5.
on the client side I recall in the past copying some files to preserve the speed dials.
any idea where and what needs to be copied?
Thanks,
Paul.

Hey Paul,
The SQL database will store everything from all speed dials to user preferences. You can also browse the tables within the database and see the speed dials as well.
Hope this helps,
Tony

You may be thinking of the old AC where that information was stored in an XML file. If you are doing just an upgrade of an existing CUEAC instance that information should remain. If you are migrating to a new VM, just to be sure you could perform a backup of the SQL databases in order to have all of the operator settings and speed dials.
Hope this helps,
Tony

Thanks for the info.
Does this apply for the private speed dials as well - that they would be saved in the DB?
Thanks,
Paul.
