I try to set up CUPS in LAB environment by installed onVMWare. After set everything up, I found a problem of using CUPC v2.0 while logged in it look like the status of CUPC is offline, see attached. The server helth status reported that the phone configuration download failed. So I checked TFTP File Management in CallManager, it doesn't look like there is a file for CUPC. In addition, the troubleshooter in CUPS show all test passed. Is there anyone have any idea or suggestion about this issue.
