Customize the email from Unity

When we receive the voicemail, it shows in our mailbox with blank message and a wav file. How could I customize the message with instructions on retrieving the voicemail from outside network?

Wow...that was the exact message I was going to send. I would like to modify the body of the message going out to include the external call-back number for subscriber sign-in.
