Deploying ViewMail with username/pw pulled from AD

We have plans to deploy ViewMail shortly and have been successful in using the AdminConfig.xml file to pre-populate the server info, however we are unable to get the username and pw to autofill based on the logged in user. Is this even an option? We essentially want it to be silent install with no prompts to the users at all. Creating a unique config file for each user is not an option. Ideally, it would pull the username/pw from AD based on who is logged into the machine. Has anyone had luck with this?

Hello,

I'm not sure why Cisco even bothers with the xml file if they dont provide info how we can use it to pre-populate the user info.  I have tried %USERNAME% and several other variables but it doesn't pick up any combo I have tried.  You also need a 8.5 connection for the server info to work, even if you specify it in the xml.  Cisco please wake up and give us a definitive answer so we can get past this unknown info.
