Is there a way to be able to dial a SIP URI of lets say 1234567@10.20.30.40 from a CTS endpoint registered to CUCM? There are a few bridges we need to connect to externally that don't have any SRV records in place.

Depends on what version of CUCM you are using. Can you share what you are using today for CUCM version?

Yes, we are using 9.1.
Currently we have sort of gotten around it by using a route pattern in CUCM that allows us to dial it by asteriks.
IE) 1234567@10.20.30.40
On our CTS endpoints, dial 1234567*10*20*30*40
In our VCS we have a search rule that will match the above pattern and append the @ with the IP address at the end.
