The Netapp storage failed on our Flexpod. This caused the CUCM (and all of the other applications) to run in memory. In this state we had no call flow. Since the subscriber was not actually down they did not failover to a working subscriber. Is there a solution that would be more accurate to keep things functioning more reliably?
