Discovery Endpoints by Directory Number.

Hi everyone

I have been working with Cisco Prime Collaboration for a year but recently I notice that when I run a Discovery to get the endpoint inventory the CPC get the information about the IP Phone, but if the IP Phone have two directory numbers only register one of the extension. 

There are some way to get a inventory of all extensions of all devices?

Hi,

You should be able to see 2nd extension in Endpoint Diagnostic under Phone Lines column (DN1, DN2).
