Domino User ID Password

I'm installing Unity integrated with Domino.

I installed Unity and now i'm configuring Message store by wizard that asks me to enter the password for user: Cisco Unity.... but when i confirm an error appears: "Wrong Password", if i insert this password for this user in lotus notes to read mail it works.

What is the problem? Is not the password the same?

Hi,

Did you install on Unity Server csClient, if yes then uninstall Lotus Notes client and install it again without csClient.

I had that problem, and after reinstall issue with wrong password gone.

Otherwise reinstall your Lotus client.
