Hi,
We have to enable Unity Account Policy for voicemail accounts. I have the setting from and to in the screen grab below.
During testing, when these settings are enabled, everyone gets prompted to change their Unity passwords. When they are verifying their new password, if they don't hesitate when inputting the password, the get the message "Password do not match etc..." Is there a setting to delay this time when verifying the password.
I am trying to eliminate the amount of calls we will get on our Service Desk.
The Unity Version is 4.0(5.0)
